A ghost chases you at your clean speed. Don't let it catch you.
The ghost wakes 1.5 seconds after you start a line and chases your cursor. If it reaches you, you lose a heart and it goes back to the start of the line.
Every miss makes it lunge forward, then it freezes until you type the right key. For half a second after a miss, extra slips don't count.
Your streak of correct keys multiplies your score, and a miss resets it.
It runs at your clean speed. Capitals and punctuation slow it down as much as they slow you.
Half the lines are passages from real books, poems and speeches.
Wrong keys don't move the cursor. There's no backspace, just the right key.
