Make a song with AI
Give your assistant this prompt. It can compose and revise a playable song using website requests.
Read https://sahildev.com/bop/agent-guide.txt and make an original 90–210 second song with moderate complexity, a memorable theme and contrasting sections. Use API 3.5.0 to compose, inspect the notes and mix, revise it, and give me the validated playable link.
API 3.5.0: shape a section with multi-track edits, reusable mix presets, and applied before/after control reports. Read the guide.
Browser feedback
In File → Export, choose the audio report and share it with your assistant alongside your listening feedback. Bop measures the mix and each track locally. Select an individual audio track to export a WAV stem.
Listen, revise, keep
Open the returned song in Bop to listen and edit, or download its score and MIDI. To revise your own song with an assistant, choose File → Song text / LLM → Agent handoff in the editor.
The assistant can inspect written notes and instruments. That does not mean it has heard the audio.

API and sharing details
API v3 provides reusable phrases, harmony and rhythm, named track edits, focused inspection and immutable revisions. GET requests accept 15,000 encoded characters; gzip and JSON POST are also available.
Revision links are public to anyone holding them and expire after 30 days. Save the project or score for long-term editing. Native Bop song links contain the music and keep working independently of revisions.
If your assistant cannot fetch custom URLs, ask for a native Bop score file and load it in the text composer. Ask whether validation was completed.
